Anne Marie Vann is the program director for radiation therapy and medical dosimetry. Anne Marie has 25 years experience as a program director and has served on numerous national professional committees to include: the American Society of Radiologic Technologists (ASRT),  the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) and the Medical Dosimetry Certification Board (MDCB). Her teaching duties include Principles of Radiation Oncology, Cancer Management, Student projects and a Seminar review.

Sharon Chestnut

Sharon Chestnut has 23 years experience in the radiation oncology profession.  She has experience as a radiation therapist and 16 years experience as a medical dosimetrist at the Medical College of Georgia.  She is certified as a radiation therapist by the ARRT and as a medical dosimetrist by MDCB.  Her teaching duties include coursework in medical dosimetry and clinical internships for radiation therapy and medical dosimetry.

Sam Painter is an Assistant Professor in the School of Allied Health, Department of Biomedical and Radiological Technologies.  He serves as the Physics Advisor to the Radiation Therapy Technology and Medical Dosimetry Programs.  Mr. Painter graduated from Emory University with a Master of Medical Science in Radiation Oncology Physics in 1997.  He has over 7 years experience as a clinical medical physicist and 4 years experience in the radiation treatment planning software industry.  He teaches courses in radiation oncology physics and dosimetry. Mr. Painter is certified by the American Board of Radiology in Therapeutic Radiologic Physics and a Certified Medical Dosimetrist.
