General Requirements

In order to be considered for an interview date, the following requirements must be met and materials received.

• Completed application with a photograph
• Official transcript
• Dean's Letter
• 3 letters of recommendation (additional may be submitted if so chosen)
• Pass Step I of the USMLE examination on the first attempt
• Step II USMLE scores if available
• DO students must score a minimum of 500 on COMLEX level 1
• Applications are accepted only through ERAS. Do not fax or email any application materials
