Typical Interview Day

The Night Before:
• Arrive at the Marriott Hotel
• 6:30-7:00pm: Mingle with fellow applicants and residents
• 7:00-9:00pm: Dinner

The Day of:
• 7:00am: Breakfast at the Marriott Hotel
• 7:30am: Meet in the Marriot Lobby for the Concierge Service to MCG
• 7:45am: Introduction by Dr. Madaio, Chairman of the Department of Medicine, Dr. Haburchak, Residency Program Director, and Dr. Merchen, Associate Residency Program Director
• 8:15am: Morning Report
• 9:00am: Break
• 9:05am: MCG/VA Campus Tour
• 9:45am: Chief Resident Welcome
• 10:15am: Interview A (Candidates will interview during 2 out the 3 time slots)
• 11:45am: Interview B
• 11:15am: Interview C
• 11:45am: Meet at the Medicine Library for lunch and Q & A with Medicine Residents
• 1:00pm: The Marriot Concierge Shuttle will return you to the Marriott Hotel. The Day is complete!
