Extend Library Resources and
Services to the Academic Libraries in the
University System of Georgia


Objectives

  • Expand committee participation in University System of Georgia (USG) initiative
  • Provide free universal borrowing through GALILEO Integrated Libraries (GIL) as other USG academic libraries add Voyager online catalogs
  • Continue to develop new outreach library programs in support of distance education
  • Maximize use of Voyager options

Assessment

  • Document committees attended and new outreach programs initiated
  • Seek user group feedback from new programs
  • Measure the increase in universal borrowing through GIL
  • Measure the increase in distance education outreach programs
  • Measure the increase in the use of Voyager options

Provide Library Resources and Services to the Extended MCG Community, Including Area Health Practitioners and Consumers, Educational ILnstitutions in the Central Savannah River Area (CSRA) and Statewide Agencies
