Expand Access to Special Collections Services and Facilities for Institutional and
Historical Research


Objectives

  • Increase hours of availability to the collection and to reference/research assistance from the Special Collections librarian
  • Organize and index the collection in GIL@MCG or an index accessible from the Greenblatt Library Web site
  • Conserve and/or preserve Special Collections resources

Assessment

  • Provide access to the collection and reference/research assistance forty (40) hours per week
  • Provide electronic access to Special Collections
  • Increase number of books rebound, documents encapsulated, materials digitized, and point-of-use aids

Increase Development Initiatives for Special Collections and the Greenblatt Library
