Establish an Integrated Advanced Information Management Systems (IAIMS) Program on the 
MCG campus


Objectives

  • Create steering committee
  • Define IAIMS for the campus
  • Identify key campus areas regarding integration of information
  • Apply for planning grant

Assessment

  • Submit planning grant by October 1999
  • Report results of planning grant
  • Compare the MCG IAIMS grant with the grants of benchmark institutions, concentrating on the strengths and weaknesses of the grant
