Guidelines for Use of
Greenblatt Conference Room (Room 154)

The Greenblatt Conference Room serves the dual role as an MCG special collections historical display space and as a comfortable and attractive conference room.

MCG and MCGHI faculty and staff may schedule MCG meetings and other small events in the room. This room is not a study room.

Reservations are possible by filling out the online reservation form or by contacting Jessica Chauvin at 721-9909.

Food and drinks are not allowed except by special arrangement with the Special Collections Librarian.

The room must remain locked when unoccupied (during breaks, before and after meeting, etc.).

Donated materials and artifacts on display from the estates of Drs. Robert B. Greenblatt and Hervey Cleckley must not leave the conference room.

For each reservation, someone must be designated as the responsible person for maintaining reasonable oversight of the room and its collections.
