Our online application system allows you to search for available jobs and apply online. Before applying, please read this entire page carefully. You will find valuable tips to help you navigate through our new system. After reading this page, you may enter the online application system by clicking the button at the bottom of this page.
ALL APPLICATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY 11:30 PM. Our online application will be not be operational
between the hours of 11:30 PM and 12:05 AM. If you are working in the application during this time frame, your information will not be saved and you will have to reapply.
How to Apply:

- Enter our online application system to view or apply for current job opportunities.

The Application Process:
- Applications from candidates that meet the minimum requirements for education and experience for the position that they applied for are forwarded to the hiring department.
- The hiring manager/department reviews applications.
- A representative from the hiring department contacts selected candidates for an interview.
- After all interviews have concluded, the hiring department provides Human Resources with the name(s) of the candidate(s) of interest and all supporting documentation.
- A member of the Human Resources Staff will extend an offer of employment to the final candidate.
- Response letters will be sent, via email or US mail to all applicants at the conclusion of the search.
Application Tips:
- A valid email address is REQUIRED to apply online.
Our online application requires each applicant to have a valid email address. To provide better service and faster responses to our applicants, our new application system is designed to send timely communication via email.
Applicants will not be able to "share" email addresses. Each applicant must establish their own, individual email address. If you do not have an email address, you can sign up for one free at one of the following email service providers:
- Applicants without computer access:
Applicants can apply for MCG positions via the internet at the following locations:
- The Medical College of Georgia Human Resources Office, Annex 1
- Your local library
- Goodwill Career Center
- Local Department of Labor
- Family or friends
- Navigation:
- DO NOT use the “back” and “forward” button in your web browser.
- Instead, use the “Next” and “Previous” buttons in the online application
- You may also use the "Step Number" circle buttons at the top of the online application to move backward or forward
- Resume / Cover Letter:
- Our application allows you to attach a resume. Please attach a resume that has been saved as a word document or a pdf.
- Resumes can only be updated if applying for a new position.
- Search for Jobs:
- Click the "Search" button to see all open positions
- To view positions in a specific area only, check the box(es) in the job category section for that area, then click "Search"
- Leaving the System:
- Please click "SignOut " on the top right of the web page to close the browser window.

Microsoft Internet Explorer - Our online application currently works best using Microsoft's Internet Explorer 6 browser.
ALERT- Internet Explorer 7
The vendors of several of our major campus systems such as Banner, PeopleSoft, WebCT Vista and One45 have not yet certified that their products are compatible with Internet Explorer 7.
If you have already installed Internet Explorer 7, you may wish to try using the FireFox browser for this process.
