Transgenic Zebrafish Core Laboratory

Zebrafish
embryos are optically transparent and easily accessible for observation and
experimental manipulation. To exploit these features the Zebrafish Core is
well equipped with the following instrumentation.

- Leica MZ FLIII stereomicroscope
- Zeiss Stemmi SV11 stereomicroscope
- Zeiss AxioVert100 inverted microscope with filters for EGFP, YFP, and
CFP

- Hammamatsu Orca CCD camera
- Diagnostics Instruments Spot RT slider camera system
- Zeiss ZVS video system / Panasonic SVHS time lapse recorder
