Electron Microscopy Core Laboratory

The Electron Microscopy Core Laboratory provides investigators with service, consultation, access to instrumentation, and training in the use of the Transmission and Scanning Electron Microscopes.  Trained personnel will prepare specimens and assist in the viewing of samples.  The Department of Cellular Biology and Anatomy at the Medical College of Georgia supports the Electron Microscopy Core Laboratory.  The core is available to assist all Medical College of Georgia investigators and off-campus investigators.  Please call if we do not currently provide a service that you need.  Our goal is to provide quality work in a reasonable time frame at an affordable cost.

Histology Core Laboratory

LOCATION

The Service Lab is located in CB 1113 on the first floor of the Carl Sanders Research and Education Building. The Users Lab is located in CL 3170 on the third floor of the Hamilton Wing.

HOURS OF OPERATION
Monday through Friday
8:00 am. – 4:30 pm.


The core will follow the Medical College of Georgia calendar for holidays.
